Luciano Morelli
I am an engineer specialised in real estate valuation and management.
I started my career in a senior technical role within the Italian Public Administration, then moved to the private sector, working with large corporations across multiple industries.
Originally from Umbria, I travel continuously throughout Italy, working both on-site and remotely. Flexibility, expertise in civil and industrial systems, deep knowledge of sector regulations and problem solving are my defining strengths.
